CAFFEINE KICK BARS

"The kick that you actually need"


Preparation : 15 minutes Cooking time : None Serves : 30 "single bite" bars

Ingredients :

  • 110 g raw almonds or nuts

  • 125 g pecans

  • 30 g roasted coffee beans

  • 600 g medjool dates

  • 2-3 tsp of instant coffee or grind roasted coffee beans

  • 50 g cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Method :

  1. Combine everything in a food processor with S-blade mounted.

  2. Press the mixture in a large plastic-wrapped cooking tray and cut into bars, small squares or roll it into balls.

Notes : Bars can last up to 2 weeks in an airtight container, and 3 months in the freezer.
